ReachOut Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: August 18, 2026 | Applies to all registered ReachOut Affiliate Partners.
We are currently accepting affiliate partner registrations strictly for residents and registered entities in India. All payouts are disbursed in INR via UPI or Indian bank transfers.
All requested withdrawal payouts are processed between the 5th and 10th of every month. Minimum payout threshold is ₹1,000.00.
1 Overview, Geographic Scope & Mandatory Acceptance
By checking the agreement box during affiliate partner registration or by generating referral links, you agree to be bound by all terms, commission structures, policies, and guidelines set forth in this document. If you do not accept these terms, you are not authorized to participate in the ReachOut Affiliate Program.
2 Commission Rates & Earnings Structure
Commissions are calculated as a percentage of the net order value (excluding taxes and discounts) paid by referred customers based on their plan tier and billing cycle duration:

3 Commission Exclusions & Free Coupon Policy
- 100% Offer Coupons (Free Signups): Orders placed using 100% discount offer coupons or orders resulting in ₹0 net payment earn ₹0.00 (0%) commission.
- Enterprise Custom Tier: Enterprise plans are handled through direct sales agreements and carry no affiliate commissions.
- Addon Resource Credits: Purchases of extra SMS, WhatsApp, or email add-on credits are excluded from affiliate commissions.
- Self-Referrals Prohibited: Partners cannot earn commissions on their own user accounts or accounts belonging to their immediate organizations.
- Refunds & Cancellations: If a referred customer requests and receives a refund within the applicable refund/eligibility period, the affiliate commission for that referral will not be paid. If the commission has already been credited or paid, the company reserves the right to reverse or deduct the corresponding commission from the affiliate's account or future commission payouts.
4 14-Day Holding Window & Refund Policy
All earned commissions remain in a Pending Holding Window for 14 days from the transaction date to allow for payment processing and refund clearing. If a customer cancels or receives a chargeback/refund during the holding period, the linked commission is automatically cancelled.
5 Payout Withdrawal Schedule & Supported Methods
When a partner submits a payout withdrawal request from their studio dashboard:
- Payout requests submitted during the current month are processed and disbursed between the 5th and 10th of the following month.
- Supported Payout Methods: UPI Instant Transfer and Bank Transfer (IMPS / NEFT).
- Minimum Withdrawal Limit: ₹1,000.00.
6 30-Day Referral Cookie Tracking
Referral links drop a 30-day tracking cookie (`reachout_aff_ref`) in the referred user's browser. If the user registers within 30 days of clicking your link, the conversion is attributed to your partner profile.
7 Prohibited Marketing Conduct
Partners must strictly avoid:
- Unsolicited commercial email (SPAM) or deceptive advertising.
- Bidding on ReachOut trademarked brand terms (e.g. "ReachOut", "ReachOut WhatsApp") in paid search ads (Google Ads / Bing Ads).
- Creating misrepresentative or fake discount/coupon landing pages.
Violation of marketing rules will result in immediate partner account suspension and forfeiture of pending balance.
8 Right to Modify Commission Rates & Program Terms
Commission Rate & Term Policy: ReachOut management reserves the absolute right to modify, adjust, update, revise, or restructure commission rates, tier percentages, plan payout matrices, withdrawal thresholds, or any terms of this agreement at any time at its sole discretion. Any modifications or rate adjustments will take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform and will apply to all subsequent referral conversions.
