Refund Policy

Last updated: July 17, 2026. This refund policy applies to all subscription plans purchased on the ReachOut platform.

1. Overview

ReachOut Technologies ("Company," "we," "us") offers subscription-based SaaS marketing services. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established the following refund policy to provide transparency and fairness to our customers. All refund calculations are performed on the base subscription amount excluding GST (Goods and Services Tax). GST paid is non-refundable as it is remitted directly to tax authorities.

2. Refund Eligibility & Tiers

Refund eligibility is determined by the time elapsed since the original payment transaction was processed:

3. Refund Calculation Examples

The following examples demonstrate how refund amounts are calculated for a hypothetical ₹10,000 subscription with 18% GST:

Important: GST (Goods and Services Tax) is a government levy collected and remitted to the tax authority. GST is non-refundable under any circumstances as it has already been deposited with the government.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

  • Send an email to support@reachout-saas.net with the subject line "Refund Request – [Your Tenant Code]"
  • Include your registered email address, invoice number, and payment date in the email body
  • Our billing team will verify the payment timestamp and process the eligible refund within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout (Razorpay, UPI, Card, or Net Banking)

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items and charges are strictly non-refundable regardless of the time of request:

  • GST / Tax amounts collected on invoices
  • Add-on purchases (extra subscribers, additional SMTP configurations)
  • WhatsApp message credits consumed via Meta Cloud API
  • Subscription renewals where the 48-hour window has passed
  • Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations or misuse

6. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your tenant dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No prorated refunds are issued for partial billing periods after the 48-hour refund window has elapsed. Upon cancellation, your tenant workspace and all associated data will remain accessible until the end of the paid billing period.
