How Meta Increases Your Limits

Meta automatically upgrades your business account to the next messaging limit tier when:

  • Your Business verification status is completed.
  • Your phone number rating is "Good" quality.
  • You reach 50% or more of your current tier's messaging limit with verified recipients within a rolling 7-day period.
